I have had the pleasure of collaborating with Victor on demanding visual production projects, and I can recommend him without reservation. His expertise spans high-end retouching, complex compositing, and CGI integration at a level that consistently meets the standards of the world's most recognized brands. What distinguishes Victor professionally is not only the caliber of his technical output, but his ability to take full ownership of production challenges — diagnosing inefficiencies, stabilizing workflows, and delivering with remarkable consistency even under tight timelines and high-volume conditions. He communicates clearly, manages stakeholder expectations with confidence, and brings a structured, methodical approach to every aspect of production, from asset management to final delivery. In an industry where quality and reliability rarely come together in equal measure, Victor is a genuinely exceptional collaborator and a trusted production partner.
I’ve had the pleasure of working with Víctor for the past few years, and I can honestly say he’s one of the most reliable and detail-oriented retouchers I’ve worked with. As a head of delivery, I truly appreciate how organized and transparent he is throughout every step of the process. He consistently delivers high-quality work on time and is always proactive in finding ways to improve results. His eye for detail and commitment to excellence make a real difference in every project. Beyond his technical skills, he’s also a great collaborator, clear in communication, flexible, and always professional.
Working with Victor has been an absolute pleasure. He’s incredibly dedicated, detail-oriented, and never backs down from a challenge - always delivering top-quality results. Beyond his talent, he’s also one of the friendliest and most supportive teammates I’ve had the chance to work with. His mix of creativity, technical skill, and team spirit makes him a true asset. I feel lucky to work alongside him and can’t recommend him enough.
Probably the most kind and polite person I work with! Victor is an incredible colleague and is super hard working. He's a very talented retoucher, and is one of the few people on the team that actively suggests improvements and is always looking for ways to help the team out. Very easy to work with :)
Victor came highly recommended by my photographer. We worked together on a project over several months and his professionalism, skill and attention to detail are truly exceptional. He understood the specific needs of my project and worked diligently to deliver high-quality images with consistency across a range of reflective metal finishes. I recommend him without hesitation and look forward to working together again soon.
I hired Victor to do some advanced retouching work as I'm skilled in Photoshop, but not to Victor's degree. Let's just say this, hire him, and you won't be disappointed. He's prompt, great at what he does, and you won't find a better retoucher that is also personable and all about the end goal for the client. I can't wait to work with him on future projects! Thanks Victor!

Victor will do whatever he can to keep you happy, whether it will be to work on weekends or drop what he is doing to help you meet your deadline. Cant wait to work with him again!
I used Victor for product retouching and beauty retouching of images used in Theos Medical packaging and collateral. He did exceptional work with fast turnaround. I also appreciated that he proactively identified additional photo edits that could be made to further enhance the images. His skills, and artistic and marketing judgement, are outstanding and I trust his advice completely. I would definitely use him again.
